My Account:

  • What is “My Account”?
    “My Account” is the platform where you can have complete control over your orders like order history, transactions, return orders, download invoice of your orders and so on. Also in “My Account” you can manage your profile in Kroii.com like changing passwords, subscribing/unsubscribe to our newsletters and so on. To access these facilities you have to log in (if you are an existing registered customer) or register (if you are new to our marketplace).
  • What should I do if I forget my password?
    Find the “Forget password” option in the login page. On clicking the option, a page will appear asking for your email and contact number. After you filled up the form with proper details we will send you a security code, which can be used to login into your account and reset your password.
  • What should I do if I face a problem with logging in?
    Try logging in once again using email and password. If it does not work then try getting the security code using the “Forget password” option. If it still does not form than fillup the“Contact form” and we will contact you or get in touch directly using “Contact Us” options.
