1. Cancellation Customer can cancel their order before 48 hrs of dispatch, by writing a mail to "email@example.com" or call @ 7507096119 from 10:00 am to 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
2. ReturnThemed Garden does not offer any return policy, in case of a damaged product, a replacement will be provided without returning the plant.
3. Refund Refund is applicable only in the case of damaged and dead plants.
Procedure for replacement or refund
(a) Send us the photos of damaged plants through the registered email id to "firstname.lastname@example.org". Since plants are perishable items they may look dull or torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves. In any such case, it will not fall in the condition of replacement. It's mandatory to share the images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
After checking all the relevant videos and photos, the team will decide whether the case qualifies for refund or replacement. our first priority will be providing the replacement if in case you receive the replacement in damaged or dried condition again, we will initiate the Refund accordingly. The refund takes up to 5 working days to reflect back into the customer's account by which the payment was made.
