We would appreciate you to take a short video of less than 60 seconds while opening the box. Send us the photos of damaged plants through the registered email id to "care@themedgarden.com". Since plants are perishable items they may look dull or torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves. In any such case, it will not fall in the condition of replacement. It's mandatory to share the videos and images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
After checking all the relevant videos and photos, the team will decide whether the case qualifies for refund or replacement.
