Policies For Buyers


1. Return -

Currently Themed Garden does not offer any return policy.

2. Refund -

Refund is applicable only in the case of damaged and dead plants. Refund excludes the courier and handling charges. It only includes the cost of the plant. Refund is not applicable on the promotional products listed on the marketplace.

Procedure for replacement or refund
(a) Take short video while opening the box. Send us the photos of damaged plants through the registered email id to "care@themedgarden.com" with the order number. Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state. It's mandatory to share the video and images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
(b) In case the customer is not able to capture all three details in one photo, as mentioned in 2(a) he/she must send us a video capturing all details (not more than 1 minute).

After checking all the relevant videos and photos, the Themed Garden team will decide whether the case qualifies for refund or replacement. our first priority will be providing the replacement if in case you receive the replacement in damaged or dried condition again, we will initiate the Refund accordingly. The refund takes up to 5-7 working days to reflect back into the customer's account by which the payment was made. 

3. Cancellation -

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
